The BRESAER project is focused on the sustainable rehabilitation of buildings and intends to create a new cladding system for building façades and roofs to make these processes more cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
The BRESAER solution includes a combination of pre-manufactured active and passive structures that are integrated into a light and versatile structural mesh. This new technology will result in significantly reduced energy costs for buildings and greenhouse gas emissions, at an affordable construction cost.
Created by the Development and Product department, the BRESAER system also improves well-being and interior comfort inside the building given that is also regulates sound and thermal isolation as well as lighting levels and air quality.
It is developed as a comprehensive solution given that it enables the monitoring of efficiency parameters inside the building through an energy management system which makes it possible to see the savings made by using the BRESAER system.
