A decision support web platform (DSS) based on cloud services (SaaS), which, from a holistic perspective, facilitates the improvement of the decision-making process in the daily supply management of water resources.

Resource management is carried out starting at production level, moving on to resource regulation and catchment, and finishing with assignment of resources for subsequent entry into the distribution network (the upper level of the water supply and distribution chain). The system recommendations provided are based on the estimated demand. Additionally, the restrictions imposed by the governance policies and the quality of water are considered an important aspect of the decision-making process.
