In this sense, one of the most important parameters to control during the production process is <strong>humidity<\/strong>. Its control and optimization is decisive, and affects aspects such as the volume of production or the level of waste.<\/p>\n<p>Eurecat participates in the DICAMI project through its <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/en\/field-of-knowledge\/applied-artificial-intelligence\/\">Applied Artificial Intelligence Unit<\/a>, in charge of <strong>analszing the system data<\/strong> to look for relationships between the sensor responses and the formulation data, as well as <strong>the development of an algorithm benchmark<\/strong> and the <strong>generation of a model that combines Data Mining and Machine Learning<\/strong> to perform interpolations between the different stored calibrations.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to Eurecat, the DICAMI consortium is made up of the technology company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.on-click.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OnClick<\/a>, the biosafety consultancy firm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adiveter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adiveter<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.innovacc.cat\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Catalan Alternative Meat and Protein Cluster
