The results obtained will allow extrapolation to other applications in different sectors in the future.<\/p>\n<p>The processes for obtaining the demonstrators allow us to validate that the material is suitable for use in transformation processes as diverse as electrospinning, compounding or injection molding.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, these demonstrators will undergo accelerated aerobic biodegradability testing under controlled composting conditions, to validate product cycle closure and an environmentally responsible end-of-life.<\/p>\n<p>The PHASAL consortium is formed by <a href=\"https:\/\/venvirotech.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VEnvirotech Biotechnology<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inteplast.es\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INTEPLAST<\/a>, Eurecat and the PSEP Research Group of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.upc.edu\/?set_language=en&amp;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Eurecat participates through its <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/en\/field-of-knowledge\/plastic-materials-composites\/\"><span class=\"ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\">Polymeric &amp;
