This framework will be tested in real-world scenarios through <strong>three use cases<\/strong> chosen for their relevance to the project\u2019s goals.<\/p>\n<p>TWIN-LOOP also seeks to create synergies between various sectors and stakeholders, aligning its objectives with European priorities and strategic initiatives like 2ZERO and Chips JU. This alignment enhances the transferability of its outcomes and demonstrates the project\u2019s focus on fostering innovation, driving research ambition, and promoting market adoption in the automotive sector.<\/p>\n<p>Eurecat\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/en\/field-of-knowledge\/it-ot-security\/\">IT&amp;OT Security<\/a> Unit contributes to TWIN-LOOP in key areas related to EVs cybersecurity. Eurecat is developing a Cyber Range that integrates CARLA and common automotive tools to simulate, evaluate, and validate cybersecurity solutions for EVs against potential attacks. The Unit also leads efforts to define new EV architectures based on Zero Trust principles and open-source countermeasures, such as Identity Management systems.
