The initiative focuses on <strong>optimising propane dehydrogenation<\/strong> by using an advanced catalyst composed of bimetallic nanoparticles (platinum and tin) on an alumina base.<\/p>\n<p>The catalyst is prepared via a <strong>\u201cone-pot\u201d synthesis method<\/strong>\u2014a process where the reaction occurs within a single reactor\u2014ensuring high nanoparticle dispersion and exceptional stability. This approach <strong>enables the technology to achieve<\/strong> <strong>99 % selectivity<\/strong>, a figure that outperforms current commercial alternatives.<\/p>\n<p>The primary goal of the experiment is <strong>to scale up production and validate performance in a pilot plant<\/strong> under real-world conditions, demonstrating the technology\u2019s technical and economic viability.
