The platform integrates state-of-the-art sensory textiles with electronics and communication prompts. The platform derived from the project has focused on monitoring remotely the health status of patients with chronic diseases and at risk of suffering several complications.<\/p>\n<p>Cardiovascular diseases have a very significant impact on the European society in terms of mortality, morbidity and related health costs. The development and application of systems for personal health care adapted to the needs of users can provide strong benefits in the prevention and treatment of these
