The PERSOSER project uses sensor technologies, data analytics and customer engagement activities so that utilities can offer tailor-made services to every customer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

PERSOSER will increase transparency in the utilities sector, improve customer relations and increase competitiveness. To achieve this, new customer behaviour analysis models will be created based on the processing of customer data and the development, design and testing of advanced, personalised services.<\/p>\n

The new personalisation technologies developed for the utilities sector include a customer segmentation tool according to consumption habits, sensors and devices for the detection of micro-consumption and smart homes, a leak detection system and services linked to gamification.<\/p>\n

Eurecat is contributing to the project through its Data Science & Big Data Analytics Technological Unit<\/a> by developing user behaviour analysis models and personalisation and recommendation algorithms.<\/p>\n

PERSOSER is a\u00a0project byRIS3CAT\u2019s Utilities 4.0 Community<\/a> with participation from Aig\u00fces de Barcelona, CETAQUA, the i2Cat Foundation, Bemobile Client, Dexma Sensors, Next Big Think Labs, IoT Partners and Eurecat. The Community\u2019s aim is to transform the utilities sector by identifying a set of tools and solutions that promote digitalisation towards the concept of Utilities 4.0 and to weave an industrial fabric through the development and application of these new solutions.<\/p>\n<\/div>
