To prove the effectiveness of digital health tools and precision nutrition solutions, together with functional foods and behavioural change strategies,\u00a0three interventional studies have been carried out in four different countries.<\/p>\n<p>During the <a href=\"https:\/\/preventomics.eu\/\">PREVENTOMICS<\/a> final conference, partners are going to present the outcomes of the research done\u00a0 for the identification, modelling and assessment of consumer, genetic and circulating biomarkers in personalised nutrition.
