We are glad to present the 2nd edition of Giga Casting, the Revolution of Injection Die Casting <\/strong><\/em>seminar<\/strong>. Born as an\u00a0initiative of the Eurecat Technology Center with the aim of promoting knowledge and dissemination of scientific advances in this area.<\/h6>\n
Since the last edition that took place in 2018, innovation, new knowledge achievements and the rapid development of technologies have grown exponentially. Their correct application in each sector is crucial for its own evelution.<\/h6>\n
On this second edition, the best experts and professionals in the field are gathered to offer, share and discuss all these developments to the professionals attending the event so that they can implement it in their current or future projects. The goal is to guarantee the contstant evolution of\u00a0 injection die casting.<\/h6>\n<\/div>

Profesor de Metalurgia
\n<\/span>UNIVERSITY OF PADOVA<\/a><\/strong><\/h5>\n
Franco Bonollo is full Professor of Metallurgy<\/strong> at Padova University. Since 2018, he is President of the School of Engineering<\/strong> (38 Bachelor and Master programs managed, 16.000 students, 350 professors).
\nHis scientific activity is focussed on light alloys, foundry processes, innovative welding techniques. He authored more than 200 scientific and technical papers<\/strong> and 4 books.
