fusion-text-1\"><div>\n<div>\n<h2>Challenge<\/h2>\n<p>Removing NOx emissions from combustion plants and incineration facilities is currently expensive and has a significant environmental impact.<\/p>\n<h2>Solution<\/h2>\n<p><strong>NONOX technology<\/strong> biologically treats NOx from exhaust gases in a two-step process: absorption using a non-aqueous phase liquid (NAP) and bioremediation with denitrifying bacteria that convert it into nitrogen gas (N\u2082).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sustainable:<\/strong> does not use liquid ammonia or urea.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Low consumables cost:<\/strong> recovers 99% of the NAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Safe:<\/strong> generates only N\u2082 and small amounts of CO\u2082.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Versatile:<\/strong> adaptable to a wide range of combustion facilities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Low energy consumption:<\/strong> operates at ambient temperature
