It includes technologies such as the\u00a0<strong>Internet of Things<\/strong>, <strong>advanced data analytics<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>machine learning<\/strong>\u00a0to track manufacturing processes and the stages in the hospitality industry right up to the final cup of coffee.<\/p>\n<p>Caf\u00e8s Cornell\u00e0\u2019s digital conversion process is part of the company\u2019s \u2018Decoding Coffee\u2019 digitalisation strategy which is to encompass all the stages in its production process from the coffee bean to the cup of coffee drunk by the end consumer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe project\u2019s purpose is to harness the full potential of digital technologies across all the stages to safeguard quality and productivity,\u201d says Pere Cornell\u00e0, General Manager at Caf\u00e8s Cornell\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Lali Soler, the director of Eurecat\u2019s Big Data &amp; Data Science Unit, points out that artificial intelligence and machine learning make it possible to get metrics early on that pave the way to understanding how usage of a product or service evolves.
