From her point of view, \u2018their nutritional and health benefits must be brought to light through rigorous scientific studies, which will demonstrate protein quality and bioavailability, as well as the nutritional content and the healthy effects of the continuing consumption of these proteins on different populations and age groups\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the fair, Eurecat also unveiled technology innovation solutions in the development of new ingredients and foods in the food
