Eurecat contributes its expertise in industrial design, structural simulation through the application of digital twins, material selection and functional validation through testing, among other services,\u201d explains Mar\u00eda Eugenia Rodr\u00edguez, Director of Technological Development in Eurecat\u2019s Industrial Area.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis integration of knowledge and a multidisciplinary approach make possible to accelerate the development process, reduce risks and ensure that the product meets both technical and market requirements,\u201d she adds.<\/p>\n<p>During Advanced Manufacturing Madrid 2025, Eurecat is demonstrating the operation of a new 3D printer that combines additive manufacturing and machining based on E3D\u2019s innovative Tool Changer architecture, which allows tool changes within a single printer.<\/p>\n<p>Eurecat is also presenting Incremental Sheet Forming (ISF) technology for the manufacture of prototypes and short production runs of complex metal parts, enabling the optimization of production processes, as well as an innovation to produce metal powder using centrifugal atomization technology.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Eurecat is showcasing new developments in material treatment and development technologies, such as a new generation of vitrimer resins and ion implantation technology, which enables the modification of surface properties in metals through ion acceleration.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough its participation in Advanced Manufacturing Madrid, Eurecat brings its expertise in the development and transformation of plastics, composites, light alloys, metals and even textiles closer to companies, allowing it to adapt to a wide range of sectors,\u201d highlights Eva Fit\u00e9, Business Development Manager for the Manufacturing Market at Eurecat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conference agenda at Advanced Manufacturing Madrid<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition, Eurecat is sharing its knowledge by taking part in several conferences during the trade fair.
