Questionnaires and simple tests related to pain, functionality and stiffness of the hand and knee joints will also be carried out.<\/p>\n<p>As noted by the Head of the Clinical Studies Line at Eurecat\u2019s Nutrition and Health Unit, Anna Crescenti, \u201cjoint discomfort, such as knee pain, is one of the most prevalent conditions in the population and represents a major cause of disability, limiting function and mobility and impairing the quality of life of the adult population.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Agartrosis<\/em> nutritional intervention study will be conducted at the facilities of Eurecat\u2019s Nutrition and Health Unit in Reus, located opposite Sant Joan Hospital in Reus.
