Esta nueva tecnolog\u00eda de bater\u00eda de Ion-litio se demostrar\u00e1 en TRL6 (paquete de bater\u00edas) y se validar\u00e1 en un banco de pruebas de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos de automoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La innovaci\u00f3n impulsada por el proyecto presenta una <strong>f\u00e1cil adaptaci\u00f3n a las l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n y una escalabilidad para contribuir a una mayor adopci\u00f3n al mercado<\/strong>, a la vez que ayuda a fortalecer la posici\u00f3n de Europa en este campo.<\/p>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/sostenibilidad\/\">Unidad de Waste, Energy and Environmental Impact (WEEI) de Eurecat<\/a> participa en el proyecto liderando el desarrollo de modelos electroqu\u00edmicos semi emp\u00edricos basados en las f\u00edsicas involucradas en las bater\u00edas, y en la evaluaci\u00f3n del estado de carga y de salud de las bater\u00edas, con el objetivo de comparar rendimientos de las diferentes generaciones de celas desarrolladas. Por otro lado, tambi\u00e9n realizar\u00e1 simulaciones de din\u00e1mica de fluidos y modelos de comportamiento t\u00e9rmico de las celas en condiciones de carga y descarga, para asegurar unas condiciones de trabajo \u00f3ptimas para la aplicaci\u00f3n en veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos, necesarias en el momento de tomar decisiones sobre el dise\u00f1o de los empaquetamientos de las bater\u00edas. Adem\u00e1s, para tener la certeza de una alta precisi\u00f3n en el modelo creado, tambi\u00e9n participa en un test est\u00e1ndar que permitir\u00e1 caracterizar los par\u00e1metros necesarios para el rendimiento \u00f3ptimo y la durabilidad de las bater\u00edas. Finalmente, la Unidad WEEI se encargar\u00e1 de realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n del ciclo de vida de las bater\u00edas desarrolladas, junto a un estudio del uso de la segunda vida de estas bater\u00edas cuando ya no sean \u00fatiles para los veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos y determinar\u00e1 la reciclabilidad de los nuevos materiales desarrollados.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, la <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/innovacion-producto-simulacion-multifisica\/\">Unidad de Desarrollo de Producto<\/a> es responsable de crear un dise\u00f1o \u00f3ptimo del empaquetado de las bater\u00edas para su empaquetado y de un sistema \u00f3ptimo de refrigeraci\u00f3n para asegurar las condiciones perfectas de trabajo y minimizar el deterioro de este nuevo tipo de bater\u00edas, aumentando su tiempo de vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto COBRA, liderado por el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.irec.cat\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n en Energ\u00eda de Catalu\u00f1a (IREC)<\/a>, cuenta con la participaci\u00f3n de un consorcio formado por <strong>19 organizaciones y entidades l\u00edderes<\/strong> en la
