Combinado con mejoras en sensorizaci\u00f3n y control de proceso, estos avances contribuir\u00e1n de forma decisiva a un mayor nivel de dise\u00f1o microestructural, posibilitando la producci\u00f3n de componentes con propiedades localmente optimizadas.<\/p>\n<p>La utilizaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda de estampaci\u00f3n en caliente en combinaci\u00f3n con conceptos metal\u00fargicos de acero de alta resistencia ha demostrado ser una soluci\u00f3n competitiva para la <strong>producci\u00f3n de componentes de bajo peso y alto rendimiento en la jaula de seguridad del autom\u00f3vil<\/strong>. La tecnolog\u00eda presenta a\u00fan m\u00e1s potencial en un contexto de manufactura inteligente e introducci\u00f3n de Industria 4.0, ofreciendo por un lado la <strong>posibilidad de control de calidad y trazabilidad online pieza a pieza<\/strong>, y por el otro una <strong>capacidad a\u00fan mayor de dise\u00f1o de variaciones locales de propiedades mec\u00e1nicas<\/strong>. Sin embargo, estos avances requieren el desarrollo de un modelo digital preciso.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, la innovaci\u00f3n desarrollada por el proyecto se basa en la creaci\u00f3n de un innovador modelo de material complejo que permita generar una predicci\u00f3n m\u00e1s precisa del comportamiento final del material. La <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/materiales-metalicos-ceramicos\/\">Unidad de Materiales Met\u00e1licos y Cer\u00e1micos de Eurecat<\/a> contribuye en la evaluaci\u00f3n de rendimiento del material en funci\u00f3n del historial termo-mec\u00e1nico del proceso utilizando una nueva metodolog\u00eda de predicci\u00f3n de comportamiento a choque basada en la Tenacidad Esencial de Fractura desarrollada por la misma Unidad.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto est\u00e1 coordinado per el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cenim.csic.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Centro Nacional de Investigaciones Metal\u00fargicas CSIC-CENIM<\/a> (Espa\u00f1a), y cuenta con la participaci\u00f3n del <a href=\"https:\/\/ijl.univ-lorraine.fr\/a-la-une\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Instituto Jean Lamour del <em>Centro National de la Recherche Scientifique<\/em><\/a> (Francia), la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ltu.se\/?l=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Universidad T\u00e9cnica de Lule\u00e5<\/a> (Suecia), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gestamp.com\/en\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gestamp-Autotech Engineering<\/a> (Espa\u00f1a) y <a href=\"https:\/\/corporate.arcelormittal.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ArcelorMittal Research<\/a>
