El proyecto hace que estos procesos de producci\u00f3n sean m\u00e1s sostenibles, rentables, escalables y reciclables, al tiempo que reduce los residuos y las tasas de desperdicio. Combinando t\u00e9cnicas de fabricaci\u00f3n innovadoras con automatizaci\u00f3n, inteligencia artificial y herramientas avanzadas de control de calidad, HySPRINT mejora la producci\u00f3n y la escalabilidad de los componentes SOEC para aplicaciones hidr\u00f3geno limpio.<\/p>\n<p>El conscorcio HySPRINT re\u00fane a socios industriales, organizaciones de investigaci\u00f3n y agentes de apoyo a la innovaci\u00f3n de cuatro pa\u00edses europeos. El proyecto es\u00e1 coordinado por RINA Consulting S.p.A.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto combina tres t\u00e9cnicas de producci\u00f3n avanzadas: (1) impresi\u00f3n por proyecci\u00f3n de tinta (inkjet) para el electrodo de ox\u00edgeno; (2) deposici\u00f3n f\u00edsica de vapor (VPD) por pulverizaci\u00f3n cat\u00f3dica con magnetr\u00f3n (magnetron sputtering) para la capa barrera; y (3) la optimizaci\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo propio ReScale para la producci\u00f3n del electrodo de vapor y el electrolito. Estas t\u00e9cnicas se seleccionaron para garantizar un proceso de producci\u00f3n de bajo impacto que genere un m\u00ednimo de residuos y p\u00e9rdida de material. Para mejorar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la durabilidad y el rendimiento, se aplican pel\u00edculas delgadas a los componentes. El proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n se vuelve cada vez m\u00e1s automatizado y eficiente en el uso de materiales mediante algoritmos de inteligencia artificial y una herramienta de control de calidad denominada <strong>Advanced Electrode Manufacturing Supervisor (AEMS).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cada tecnolog\u00eda avanzada se escalar\u00e1 hasta el nivel de madurez de fabricaci\u00f3n 5 (MRL5), incluyendo la producci\u00f3n de 300-400 componentes con un \u00e1rea activa ampliada de 12 x 8 cm\u00b2. Las celdas ensambladas se someter\u00e1n a ensayos para validar su rendimiento en un entorno relevante (TRL6). Para simular el escalado de un stack de 5kW, se implementar\u00e1 un banco de pruebas espec\u00edfico, y se llevar\u00e1n a cabo evaluaciones de viabilidad para stacks de mayor tama\u00f1o, de hasta 30kW.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de EURECAT participan las unidades de <strong>Inteligencia Artificial Aplicada (AAI)<\/strong> i de <strong>Materiales Met\u00e1licos y Cer\u00e1micos (MMC)<\/strong>. La unidad AAI desarrolla un nuevo sistema de control de calidad para la fabricaci\u00f3n con cero defectos, el Advanced Electrode Manufacturing Supervisor (AEMS).
