Estas placas sustituir\u00e1n a las actuales, reduciendo costes y permitiendo la fabricaci\u00f3n en serie.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el proyecto aborda la compresi\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno mediante un sistema novedoso de pist\u00f3n con materiales avanzados.<\/p>\n<p>El resultado final ser\u00e1 un demostrador avanzado, reflejando el <em>know-how<\/em> del consorcio y alcanzando un TRL 6, con un electrolizador de potencia de hasta 1 kW validado en banco de ensayos. Este demostrador permitir\u00e1 evaluar las caracter\u00edsticas finales del nuevo sistema y componentes desarrollados.<\/p>\n<p>Eurecat participa en el proyecto H-LEAF a trav\u00e9s de cuatro Unidades:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La Unidad de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/impresion-funcional-y-dispositivos-integrados\/\">Impresi\u00f3n Funcional y Sistemas Integrados<\/a> ejerce de coordinadora y desarrolla los conjuntos de electrodos de membrana (MEA) y stack, formula tintes H-LEAF para electrocatalizadores y membranas y valida los MEA y el electrocatalizador de hasta 1 kW.<\/li>\n<li>La Unidad de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/tecnologia-quimica\/\">Tecnolog\u00eda Qu\u00edmica<\/a> desarrolla una nueva membrana libre de sustancias perfluoroalquiladas (PFAS).<\/li>\n<li>La Unidad de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/materiales-metalicos-ceramicos\/\">Materiales Met\u00e1licos y Cer\u00e1micos<\/a> desarrolla nuevos recubrimientos protectores para placas bipolares fabricadas mediante impresi\u00f3n 3D de polvo de titanio reciclado.<\/li>\n<li>La Unitad de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/residuos-energia-impacto-ambiental\/\">Residuos, Energ\u00eda e Impacto Ambiental (WEEI)<\/a> realiza el an\u00e1lisis del ciclo de vida de los componentes y metodolog\u00eda H-LEAF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El multidisciplinar consorcio de H-LEAF est\u00e1 formado por empresas y centros tecnol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<\/div><div
