El proyecto supera los retos asociados a los materiales secundarios, como la variabilidad en su composici\u00f3n y rendimiento, mediante un dise\u00f1o resiliente y una evaluaci\u00f3n de impacto ambiental que tiene en el ciclo de vida.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, GEAR-UP mejora el <strong>dise\u00f1o de productos sostenibles<\/strong> utilizando un <strong>software innovador de simulaci\u00f3n y modelizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n implementa la iniciativa \u00abDigital Product Passport\u00bb y fomenta la implicaci\u00f3n humana para avanzar en la circularidad y la adopci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas sostenibles.<\/p>\n<p>Eurecat participa en el proyecto GEAR-UP a trav\u00e9s de su Unidad de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/materiales-metalicos-ceramicos\/\">Materiales Met\u00e1licos y Cer\u00e1micos<\/a>, desarrollando polvo de aluminio con propiedades mejoradas para la tecnolog\u00eda de fabricaci\u00f3n aditiva. Un porcentaje muy elevado de la materia prima se aprovecha, generando menos rechazo y evitando los procesos de recuperaci\u00f3n y reciclaje de esta chatarra.
