Debido a su peso ligeramente superior, actualmente se utilizan, por lo general, en veh\u00edculos de movilidad colectiva, como autobuses y trenes.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el proyecto se incide en todos los elementos necesarios para elaborar un <strong>tanque de alta presi\u00f3n para almacenar hidr\u00f3geno<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El an\u00e1lisis de materiales y procesos<\/strong> que permitan la fabricaci\u00f3n del revestimiento interior (o <em>liner<\/em>) a una cadencia productiva alta sin comprometer los requisitos de este tipo de componentes (efecto barrera y compatibilidad con el hidr\u00f3geno).<\/li>\n<li><strong>La selecci\u00f3n de procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n<\/strong> del revestimiento exterior que permitan reducir el tiempo de ciclo, para producir dep\u00f3sitos a menor coste y asegurando que soporta los esfuerzos generados por la presi\u00f3n interna del hidr\u00f3geno.<\/li>\n<li><strong>El estudio de recubrimientos y\/o tratamientos superficiales<\/strong> a aplicar sobre el revestimiento interior met\u00e1lico para conseguir una buena adhesi\u00f3n con el revestimiento exterior y una correcta transmisi\u00f3n de cargas durante los ciclos de llenado y achique del dep\u00f3sito.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El consorcio de H3MOV est\u00e1 liderado por la empresa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.denn.es\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Industrias Puigjaner (DENN)<\/a> y cuenta con la coordinaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de Eurecat a trav\u00e9s de su Unidad de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/innovacion-producto-simulacion-multifisica\/\">Innovaci\u00f3n de Producto y Simulaci\u00f3n Multif\u00edsica<\/a>. Por otra parte, la Unidad de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/materiales-plasticos-y-compositos\/\">Materiales Composites<\/a> produce el recubrimiento de material compuesto del dep\u00f3sito prototipo, mientras que la Unidad de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/materiales-metalicos-ceramicos\/\">Materiales Met\u00e1licos y Cer\u00e1micos<\/a> desarrolla un equipo y una t\u00e9cnica para determinar la permeabilidad al hidr\u00f3geno de los materiales.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div
