No obstante, su desarrollo a\u00fan se encuentra limitado por la falta de estudios hol\u00edsticos que analicen el efecto de las m\u00faltiples variables de dise\u00f1o, materiales y control, as\u00ed como por la ausencia de modelos de simulaci\u00f3n precisos que permitan predecir su comportamiento de forma fiable.<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, el proyecto PLASMATECH propone una <strong>metodolog\u00eda integral<\/strong> que abarca todo el ciclo de desarrollo de los actuadores de plasma: desde el <strong>dise\u00f1o<\/strong> y la <strong>fabricaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, incluyendo t\u00e9cnicas avanzadas de impresi\u00f3n funcional, hasta la <strong>caracterizaci\u00f3n experimental<\/strong> mediante bancos de ensayo automatizados y sistemas basados en visi\u00f3n artificial, as\u00ed como la implementaci\u00f3n de <strong>modelos num\u00e9ricos multif\u00edsicos<\/strong>. Esta aproximaci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 reducir significativamente los procesos de prueba y error y acortar el tiempo de desarrollo de nuevas soluciones.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto se centra especialmente en <strong>dos casos de uso clave<\/strong>. Por un lado, la <strong>mejora de la eficiencia aerodin\u00e1mica mediante el control de la capa l\u00edmite del flujo de aire<\/strong>, con aplicaciones relevantes en aerogeneradores. Por otro, la <strong>refrigeraci\u00f3n de dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos<\/strong> mediante ventilaci\u00f3n i\u00f3nica, ofreciendo una alternativa m\u00e1s silenciosa, compacta y energ\u00e9ticamente eficiente a los sistemas de refrigeraci\u00f3n convencionales.<\/p>\n<p>El consorcio del proyecto est\u00e1 liderado por <a href=\"https:\/\/yplasma.tech\/\">YPlasma<\/a>, una spin-off del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inta.es\/INTA\/es\/index.html\">Instituto Nacional de T\u00e9cnica Aeroespacial (INTA)<\/a>, con una amplia experiencia en el desarrollo y la comercializaci\u00f3n de actuadores de plasma.<\/p>\n<p>El consorcio se completa con la participaci\u00f3n de Eurecat, que contribuye con un enfoque multidisciplinar a trav\u00e9s de diversas unidades tecnol\u00f3gicas. La unidad de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/innovacion-producto-simulacion-multifisica\/\">Innovaci\u00f3n en Producto y Simulaci\u00f3n Multif\u00edsica<\/a> desarrolla un <strong>banco de ensayos automatizado para la caracterizaci\u00f3n experimental de los actuadores<\/strong> <strong>e impulsa la modelizaci\u00f3n num\u00e9rica<\/strong> mediante t\u00e9cnicas de din\u00e1mica de fluidos computacional (CFD) y elementos finitos (FEM).<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, la unidad de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/nuevos-procesos-de-fabricacion\/\">Nuevos Procesos de Fabricaci\u00f3n<\/a> estudia la <strong>viabilidad de t\u00e9cnicas avanzadas de fot\u00f3nica <\/strong>para implementar un m\u00e9todo \u00e1gil de validaci\u00f3n del rendimiento del actuador. Finalmente, la unidad de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/impresion-funcional-y-dispositivos-integrados\/\">Impresi\u00f3n Funcional y Sistemas Integrados<\/a> lidera el
