La soluci\u00f3n combina t\u00e9cnicas experimentales avanzadas, an\u00e1lisis microestructural y desarrollo de herramientas para comprender y controlar los mecanismos clave de transformaci\u00f3n del material durante el proceso de conformado.<\/p>\n<p>Este avance permite <strong>revolucionar la fabricaci\u00f3n de piezas ligeras de automoci\u00f3n<\/strong> para aplicaciones de seguridad, al mantener las altas prestaciones mec\u00e1nicas de los aceros Q&amp;P y, al mismo tiempo, mejorar su conformabilidad para minimizar el efecto de recuperaci\u00f3n el\u00e1stica (<em>springback<\/em>) en condiciones industriales reales.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa abarca desde la mejora del conformado a temperaturas intermedias (<em>warm forming<\/em>) de aceros avanzados de alta resistencia (AHSS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) hasta el an\u00e1lisis de la evoluci\u00f3n microestructural debida al ciclo t\u00e9rmico. En este contexto, <strong>se pone especial atenci\u00f3n al impacto de la temperatura y las velocidades de calentamiento y enfriamiento en la austenita retenida de los aceros Q&amp;P<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la integridad del recubrimiento de zinc mediante procesos de <em>galvannealing<\/em>. Estos factores garantizan la viabilidad del proceso.<\/p>\n<p>Para superar los mayores retos de SHIFT, se aborda de forma integrada el dise\u00f1o de matrices de conformado con temple ajustado y la eliminaci\u00f3n del riesgo de fragilizaci\u00f3n por metal l\u00edquido (<em>Liquid Metal Embrittlement, <\/em>LME). Asimismo, se investigan estrategias de calentamiento r\u00e1pido y el modelado de plasticidad, da\u00f1o y fractura. <strong>Este enfoque multidisciplinar permite validar la tecnolog\u00eda en todo su recorrido<\/strong>, desde la investigaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s fundamental hasta la aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica en un entorno semi-industrial.<\/p>\n<p>La soluci\u00f3n abre las puertas a <strong>nuevos procesos de producci\u00f3n m\u00e1s flexibles para la fabricaci\u00f3n de componentes de alto valor a\u00f1adido<\/strong> con excelentes prestaciones mec\u00e1nicas y estabilidad dimensional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eurecat <\/strong>participa en el proyecto a trav\u00e9s de la unidad <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/materiales-metalicos-ceramicos\/\">Materiales Met\u00e1licos y Cer\u00e1micos<\/a>, que aporta su experiencia en caracterizaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica avanzada y en el an\u00e1lisis del comportamiento termomec\u00e1nico y metal\u00fargico de aceros de altas prestaciones.<\/p>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-siegen.de\/start\/index.html.en\">Universidad de Siegen<\/a> lidera el consorcio, que tambi\u00e9n cuenta con la colaboraci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/spain.arcelormittal.com\/\">ArcelorMittal<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weba.at\/en\/\">WEBA<\/a>.
