La correcta identificaci\u00f3n y cuantificaci\u00f3n de las leches permitir\u00e1n garantizar la transparencia, competencia legal y aumentar la confianza del consumidor en el producto.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el desarrollo del proyecto se investigar\u00e1n aquellas variables, tanto relativas a la composici\u00f3n como a los distintos procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n, que puedan afectar a la correcta cuantificaci\u00f3n en los quesos de mezcla existentes en el mercado.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto GO LACTEOS est\u00e1 representado por la\u00a0Organizaci\u00f3n Interprofesional L\u00e1ctea (Inlac) y liderado por la unidad de Ciencias \u00d3micas del centro tecnol\u00f3gico Eurecat y cuenta con la participaci\u00f3n de ZEU-LAB. Como miembros subcontratados participan en el proyecto el Centro Tecnol\u00f3gico Agroalimentario de Lugo (CETAL), el Aula de Productos L\u00e1cteos y Tecnolog\u00edas Alimentarias (APLTA) y\u00a0 NOVADAYS, S.L.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto\u00a0 cuenta con un presupuesto de 59.305,02\u20ac, financiado por la <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/agriculture\/index_es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
