En algunos de ellos, como en la industria aeron\u00e1utica, el peso de los componentes requiere <strong>AGV (Veh\u00edculos de Guiado Autom\u00e1tico)<\/strong> potentes para llevar a cabo la tarea. Adem\u00e1s, la dimensi\u00f3n de algunos componentes requiere m\u00e1s de un robot para llevar a cabo la tarea, como el transporte de un ala de avi\u00f3n. Las soluciones comerciales actuales unen mec\u00e1nicamente dos robots, t\u00e9cnica funcional pero que limita el tama\u00f1o del objeto que se quiere transportar.<\/p>\n<p>En el proyecto <strong>GEOMOVE,<\/strong> ha ido m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del estado del arte <strong>para desarrollar una soluci\u00f3n de transporte cooperativo inal\u00e1mbrica, que permite el transporte cooperativo de grandes objetos sin la necesidad de conectar mec\u00e1nicamente m\u00faltiples robots<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El socio, Aritex Cading S.A., ha desarrollado robots omnidireccionales muy maniobrables; mientras que <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/ambits-de-coneixement\/robotica-i-automatitzacio\/\">Eurecat<\/a> ha desarrollado <strong>algoritmos y ha implementado el software para la alineaci\u00f3n y el control de estos robots<\/strong>. Conjuntamente se ha conseguido un error de alineamiento medio por debajo del cent\u00edmetro, por lo que la carga no sufre ning\u00fan efecto negativo provocado por torsiones.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, el proyecto GEOMOVE ha desarrollado e implementado una <strong>soluci\u00f3n de localizaci\u00f3n no intrusiva<\/strong> que presenta una navegaci\u00f3n aut\u00f3noma y la capacidad de evitar obst\u00e1culos, as\u00ed como posicionar con precisi\u00f3n un AGV en un entorno industrial determinado a gran escala, minimizando la necesidad de instalaciones auxiliares en la infraestructura del almac\u00e9n y, por tanto, adecuado no s\u00f3lo para nuevas plantas industriales, sino tambi\u00e9n para la mejora de las existentes.<\/p>\n<p><iframe
