La novedosa tecnolog\u00eda permitir\u00e1 reducir un 35% el coste de fabricaci\u00f3n de las piezas de composite reforzados con fibra de carbono (CFRC), reduciendo el tiempo de procesamiento de horas a minutos, disminuir los costes de las piezas de composite hasta un 50% y los costos actuales de MRO asociados a la reparaci\u00f3n o sustituci\u00f3n de piezas termoestables reforzadas con fibra de carbono, fomentando la competitividad y la sostenibilidad en el sector aeron\u00e1utico europeo.<\/p>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/materiales-plasticos-y-compositos\/\">Unidad de Materiales Composites<\/a> de Eurecat participa en AIRPOXY optimizando y adaptando el proceso RTM (<em>Resin Transfer Moulding)<\/em> para la fabricaci\u00f3n de piezas estructurales de composites utilizando la innovadora resina 3R desarrollada en el proyecto. Adem\u00e1s, trabaja activamente definiendo y ejecutando los ensayos mec\u00e1nicos espec\u00edficos para el <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/sectores\/aeronautica\/\">sector aeron\u00e1utico<\/a>. Paralelamente, lidera la evaluaci\u00f3n LCA, LCC y los efectos para la salud humana.<\/p>\n<p>AIRPOXY cuenta con un consorcio multidisciplinario de 11 socios de 6 pa\u00edses; CIDETEC como inventor de la familia de resinas, el Institut fuer Verbundwekstoffe como proveedores clave de tecnolog\u00eda (termoformado y soldadura), Eurecat como experto en RTM, Coexpair como experto en SQRTM, la Universidad de Ionnina con su experiencia en SHM, Altair Engineering France y su software de simulaci\u00f3n de procesos, los fabricantes de componentes de aviones Eirecomposites Teoranta, Ingenier\u00eda y Desarrollos en Composite S.L. y la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Nationale de Construction Aerospatiale Sonaca, UNE, como expertos en estandarizaci\u00f3n, y la consultor\u00eda en el sector
