El proyecto se centra en el conformado de piezas mediante pulvimetalurgia y en el tratamiento y la funcionalizaci\u00f3n de superficies mediante recubrimientos depositados por proyecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto FAMPAI debe permitir fabricar y aplicar estos materiales en polvo, y busca que Catalu\u00f1a se convierta en un referente a nivel internacional en la producci\u00f3n de polvo de alto valor a\u00f1adido.<\/p>\n<p>Eurecat ha participado en el proyecto mediante sus unidades tecnol\u00f3gicas de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/nuevos-procesos-de-fabricacion\/\">Nuevos Procesos de Fabricaci\u00f3n<\/a> y de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/modelizacion-y-simulacion\/\">Modelizaci\u00f3n y Simulaci\u00f3n<\/a>. La unidad t\u00e9cnica de Modelizaci\u00f3n y Simulaci\u00f3n participa en el proyecto desarrollando nuevas t\u00e9cnicas de fabricaci\u00f3n de polvo met\u00e1lico, mientras que la unidad de Nuevos Procesos de Fabricaci\u00f3n desarrolla tecnolog\u00edas de esferoidizaci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas de polvo cer\u00e1mico. Las mejoras introducidas en los m\u00e9todos de fabricaci\u00f3n y procesamiento de este polvo buscan mejorar el estado actual de la t\u00e9cnica para abrir nuevos caminos y nuevos mercados.<\/p>\n<p>FAMPAI es un\u00a0proyecto de la\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.industriesdelfutur.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Comunidad Industrias del Futuro (IdF) de RIS3CAT<\/a> coordinado por Eurecat y con la participaci\u00f3n del grupo AMES, TMCOMAS, Gutmar y el Centro de Proyecci\u00f3n T\u00e9rmica (CPT). El objetivo de IdF es consolidar un polo de innovaci\u00f3n l\u00edder en la fabricaci\u00f3n eficiente y sostenible en Catalu\u00f1a mediante el despliegue de una red de capacidades y plantas piloto que tienen que servir para agilizar y consolidar la cadena de valor de la I+D+i industrial.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column
