Actualmente, la comercializaci\u00f3n de estos aceros est\u00e1 limitada por la falta de conocimiento sobre sus propiedades en servicio. Este proyecto ofrece herramientas para optimizar las propiedades en servicio de los aceros Q&amp;P manteniendo su gran resist\u00e8ncia mec\u00e0nica mediante un dise\u00f1o microestructural inteligente.<\/p>\n<p>Los principales objetivos del proyecto <strong>OptiQPAP<\/strong>, que ha contado con la participaci\u00f3n de la <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/materiales-metalicos-ceramicos\/\">Unidad de Materiales Met\u00e1licos y Cer\u00e1micos de Eurecat<\/a>, son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adquirir conocimientos fundamentales de los principios del dise\u00f1o microestructural para la ingenier\u00eda de aceros Q&amp;P que presenten una combinaci\u00f3n de propiedades en servicio y una resistencia mec\u00e1nica mejoradas.<\/li>\n<li>Establecer las relaciones entre las caracter\u00edsticas microestructurales de los aceros Q&amp;P y sus propiedades en servicio, como fatiga, desgaste, soldabilidad, comportamiento al choque, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Establecer la relaci\u00f3n microestructura &#8211; propiedades en estos aceros en forma de modelos anal\u00edticos y multiescala que predigan con precisi\u00f3n las propiedades de los aceros Q&amp;P.<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollar nuevos conceptos de dise\u00f1o de AHSS con combinaci\u00f3n de propiedades en servicio mejoradas (fatiga, desgaste, soldabilidad, resistencia al impacto, etc.) y propiedades mec\u00e1nicas mejoradas (resistencia, ductilidad y endurecimiento por deformaci\u00f3n) para su aplicaci\u00f3n en el sector de la automoci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Mejorar la aplicabilidad industrial del proceso de Q&amp;P mediante la optimizaci\u00f3n de las propiedades en servicio de los aceros Q&amp;P y desarrollar un proceso controlado y reproducible para su fabricaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Crear m\u00e9todos para el desarrollo futuro de nuevos grados de Q&amp;P con propiedades mec\u00e1nicas y en servicio mejoradas, con un m\u00ednimo de ensayos de prueba y error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El consorcio de OptiQPAP est\u00e1 formado por <a href=\"https:\/\/materiales.imdea.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IMDEA<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csm.be\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CSM<\/a>, instituciones implicadas en la investigaci\u00f3n industrial; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thyssenkrupp-steel.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe AG<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tatasteeleurope.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TATA Steel<\/a>, productoras europeas de acero, junto a las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ugent.be\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Universidades de Gant<\/a> y la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tudelft.nl\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Universidad de Tecnolog\u00eda de Delft<\/a>, que han desarrollado el liderazgo internacional en la
