SIMBIOTS permite:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La implementaci\u00f3n de espacios de trabajo seguros compartidos entre robots y trabajadores.<\/li>\n<li>La mejora en la ergonom\u00eda de los trabajadores.<\/li>\n<li>La reducci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de heridos y v\u00edctimas resultantes de la actividad.<\/li>\n<li>El aumento de la productividad industrial a trav\u00e9s de la fabricaci\u00f3n sostenible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>SIMBIOTS es un proyecto de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.industriesdelfutur.cat\">Comunidad de Industrias del Futuro (IdF) del RIS3CAT<\/a> coordinado por el Instituto de Rob\u00f3tica e Inform\u00e1tica Industrial (IRI), con la participaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/zanini.com\/es\/inicio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Zanini Parets<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/pal-robotics.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pal-Robotics<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grupopromaut.com\/grupo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Promaut<\/a> y Eurecat. El objetivo de la Comunidad es consolidar un polo innovador l\u00edder en fabricaci\u00f3n eficiente y sostenible en Catalu\u00f1a, mediante el despliegue de una red de capacidades y plantas piloto que han de servir para dinamizar y consolidar la cadena de valor de I+D+i e industrial.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el proyecto se ha dise\u00f1ado e implementado prototipos de robots industriales con las caracter\u00edsticas necesarias para actuar de manera colaborativa con los trabajadores a partir del desarrollo de un conjunto de algoritmos para una efectiva interacci\u00f3n hombre-m\u00e1quina, reconocimiento de objetos y correcci\u00f3n de posici\u00f3n y trayectoria del operador en tiempo real. La soluci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n incluye un sistema de <strong>sensores integrados que permiten superar oclusiones, y m\u00e9todos para permitir reconfiguraciones y adaptaciones de las acciones del robot<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El prototipo de robot colaborativo desarrollado durante el proyecto ha sido validado en una operaci\u00f3n de abrillantado de una celda de producci\u00f3n de carga y descarga, proceso\u00a0 en el que el operador realiz\u00f3 una gran manipulaci\u00f3n de piezas.<\/p>\n<p>La unidad de <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/ambitos-de-conocimiento\/robotica-y-automatizacion\/\">Rob\u00f3tica y Automatizaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de Eurecat<\/a> ha desarrollado la tecnolog\u00eda colaborativa\u00a0 y los algoritmos de interacci\u00f3n efectiva hombre-robot para aumentar la productividad de los procesos industriales, y mejorar la ergonom\u00eda de los diferentes trabajos. El objetivo principal es permitir que el robot colabore con los humanos, poder ajustar la posici\u00f3n del \u201cend-effector\u201d si hay una persona cerca y permitir que el compa\u00f1ero humano de trabajo ajuste la posici\u00f3n del brazo del robot.<\/p>\n<p>Durante los \u00faltimos meses del proyecto, Eurecat llev\u00f3 a cabo diferentes jornadas de integraci\u00f3n junto con los socios del proyecto PAL Robotics e IRI, utilizando emblemas proporcionados por ZANINI, para preparar una demostraci\u00f3n. El principal objetivo de uno de los proyectos ha sido utilizar el robot <a href=\"https:\/\/pal-robotics.com\/robots\/tiago\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TIAGo <\/a>para limpiar y manipular los emblemas en un eje de herramienta en movimiento, ayudado por un colaborador humano.<\/p>\n<p>Eurecat se encarga de coordinar todas las operaciones necesarias mediante <a href=\"https:\/\/www.behaviortree.dev\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BehaviorTrees<\/a>. El objetivo es doble: a) generar trayectorias \u00f3ptimas del robot y el eje de la herramienta, para la limpieza de los emblemas, y recogerlos del eje de la herramienta para colocarlos en una
