Sin embargo, este tipo de materiales presentan algunas limitaciones en relaci\u00f3n a la resistencia al agrietamiento y la conformabilidad, lo que puede provocar problemas de grietas de borde (<em>edge-cracking<\/em>) que comprometen la calidad de las piezas.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto <strong>CuttingEdge4.0<\/strong> desarrolla <strong>herramientas experimentales y <em>Digital Twins<\/em> para el proceso de corte e incorpora anal\u00edticas de datos de Industria 4.0 basadas en Soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial y aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico<\/strong>. El objetivo final del proyecto es transferir a la industria de la automoci\u00f3n <strong>las herramientas y metodolog\u00edas para prevenir las grietas de borde (<em>edge-cracking<\/em>) en las primeras etapas de dise\u00f1o, detectar los defectos asociados y asegurar la calidad de la pieza durante la producci\u00f3n<\/strong>, aumentando la aplicabilidad de las piezas ligeras, basadas en aceros avanzados de alta resistencia, para autom\u00f3viles.<\/p>\n<p>Las soluciones propuestas por CuttingEdge4.0 aumentar\u00e1n la seguridad de la industria de la automoci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del desarrollo de piezas de alto rendimiento e influir\u00e1n positivamente en la ocupaci\u00f3n y la sostenibilidad de las industrias implicadas y del sector del acero en general.<\/p>\n<p>El consorcio del proyecto, liderado por Eurecat, est\u00e1 formado por la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ltu.se\/?l=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Universidad T\u00e9cnica de Lule\u00e5<\/a>, <a
