{"id":118394,"date":"2021-11-17T09:04:32","date_gmt":"2021-11-17T08:04:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/?p=118394"},"modified":"2021-11-18T09:07:13","modified_gmt":"2021-11-18T08:07:13","slug":"fabrican-marcos-de-ventanas-de-composite-termoplastico-para-reducir-el-peso-de-los-aviones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/fabrican-marcos-de-ventanas-de-composite-termoplastico-para-reducir-el-peso-de-los-aviones\/","title":{"rendered":"Fabrican marcos de ventanas de composite termopl\u00e1stico para reducir el peso de los aviones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El centro tecnol\u00f3gico <a href=\"http:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/\">Eurecat<\/a> ha logrado desarrollar marcos de ventanas en composite termopl\u00e1stico para aviones regionales, mediante procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n industrial avanzados que permiten reducir el peso de las piezas y los costes de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La innovaci\u00f3n se inscribe dentro del proyecto WINFRAME 4.0, que \u201cha permitido utilizar composites termopl\u00e1sticos en la construcci\u00f3n de aeronaves regionales y ha desarrollado procesos m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos y fiables, mediante el uso de pol\u00edmeros reforzados con fibra de carbono y conceptos de fabricaci\u00f3n innovadores\u201d, explica la directora de la Unidad de Composites de Eurecat, Mar\u00eda Eugenia Rodr\u00edguez.<\/p>\n<p>En palabras de Mar\u00eda Eugenia Rodr\u00edguez, la innovaci\u00f3n llevada a cabo \u201cdemuestra el potencial de la industria 4.0 a la hora de solucionar problemas tecnol\u00f3gicos relacionados con los procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n de estructuras complejas con materiales termopl\u00e1sticos\u201d, que est\u00e1n mostrando que son una \u201cclara respuesta ante los desaf\u00edos que introducen los nuevos est\u00e1ndares de sostenibilidad y la econom\u00eda circular\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Coordinado por Eurecat, WINFRAME 4.0 se ha llevado a cabo dentro de la convocatoria CleanSky 2, con LEONARDO como topic manager y con la participaci\u00f3n de Sofitec Aero.<\/p>\n<p>A nivel t\u00e9cnico, el desarrollo de WINFRAME 4.0 ha supuesto la implementaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda \u201cfuera de autoclave\u201d que permite un ahorro de costes importante en la fabricaci\u00f3n de piezas estructurales ligeras en la industria aeron\u00e1utica.<\/p>\n<p>La Unidad de Materiales Composites ha liderado el dise\u00f1o y la fabricaci\u00f3n de los moldes, as\u00ed como la validaci\u00f3n del proceso mediante la fabricaci\u00f3n de los demostradores de marco de ventana en composite termopl\u00e1stico, mientras que Sofitec Aero ha llevado a cabo el montaje completo de la ventana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El centro tecnol\u00f3gico Eurecat ha logrado desarrollar marcos de ventanas en composite termopl\u00e1stico para aviones regionales, mediante procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n industrial avanzados que permiten reducir el peso de las piezas y los costes de producci\u00f3n.
