tecnol\u00f3gico <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/\">Eurecat<\/a> muestra a partir de hoy en la feria Advanced Factories un sistema creado en colaboraci\u00f3n con Masats en el \u00e1mbito del mantenimiento predictivo, que incorpora inteligencia artificial y anal\u00edtica avanzada de datos para prever anticipadamente errores en el funcionamiento de los sistemas de acceso a los veh\u00edculos de transporte p\u00fablico, como puertas y rampas, que desarrolla la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>El uso de tecnolog\u00edas digitales en este \u00e1mbito \u201chace posible incrementar la disponibilidad de los equipos, reducir las aver\u00edas de los veh\u00edculos, aumentar su fiabilidad y optimizar los costes del ciclo de vida\u201d, cosa que \u201cimpacta tanto en la empresa como en los usuarios finales\u201d, destaca el director de la Unidad de Inteligencia Artificial Aplicada de Eurecat, Xavier Domingo.<\/p>\n<p>En concreto, el sistema monitoriza varios par\u00e1metros del funcionamiento de las puertas, como el consumo de los motores, los pulsadores y las variables de estado, entre otros, en cada operaci\u00f3n de apertura y cierre, siendo la inteligencia artificial capaz de identificar si existen anomal\u00edas que requieran una acci\u00f3n de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema \u201crecoge los datos durante el d\u00eda de todas las puertas y rampas de la flota de autobuses y emite un informe diario donde se indica si se han detectado anomal\u00edas en el funcionamiento de alguno de los sistemas embarcados en alg\u00fan veh\u00edculo\u201d, explica el responsable de la L\u00ednea en Inteligencia Artificial Industrial en la Unidad de Inteligencia Artificial Aplicada de Eurecat, Francesc Bonada.<\/p>\n<p>La toma de decisiones m\u00e1s informadas \u201cpermite a la empresa reducir las acciones de mantenimiento y los repuestos \u00fanicamente a situaciones en las que son necesarios, lo que tiene tambi\u00e9n un impacto ambiental\u201d, a\u00f1ade Francesc Bonada.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema permite a los clientes de Masats \u201creducir el coste de ciclo de vida del producto, a la vez que aumenta espectacularmente la disponibilidad de veh\u00edculo y su fiabilidad\u201d, afirma el responsable de I+D de Masats, Jordi Pujol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fabricaci\u00f3n de puertas m\u00e1s ligeras y sostenibles con materiales composites<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La empresa y el centro tecnol\u00f3gico han participado tambi\u00e9n en el proyecto Carbodin, en la convocatoria europea Shift2Rail, desarrollado en colaboraci\u00f3n con diversas empresas, en el marco del cual se han fabricado puertas m\u00e1s ligeras y sostenibles mediante materiales
