NewAIMS partner CENIM-CSIC<\/a> hosted students from the Athens Network<\/a>, a programme made up of 15 universities from different European countries where master’s and\/or PhD students spend a week in other countries where they take classes, laboratory hours, visits to research centres and internships<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The visit to CENIM-CSIC, on November 23rd, 2023, was centered around additive manufacturing<\/strong>, from powder production, printing, sample preparation and mechanical testing. The students were able to learn first-hand about the projects related to additive manufacturing carried out at the centre, including NewAIMS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

<\/span><\/div>

Within NewAIMS, CENIM-CSIC investigates the relationship among the steel processing, its structure, and its mechanical properties.
