In particular, the work introduces the <strong>chemical heterogeneity in the phase distribution at the micro- and nanoscale of maraging steel produced by laser powder bed fusion (LPBF)<\/strong>. Moreover, the presentation discussed the effect on the microstructural evolution during ageing, using atomic probe tomography (APT) and complementary characterization.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar also included a presentation on the outcomes of the <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/en\/portfolio-items\/mipre\/\">MiPRE<\/a> project, a sister initiative to NewAIMS. The talk was by Vicente P\u00e9rez and was entitled \u201c<em>Advanced metallurgical and micromechanical modelling to deploy the microstructural tailoring potential of press hardening<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>MiPRE has better understood the thermomechanical processing of low alloy steel sheets during the Press Hardening process, covering all possible evolutions of the microstructure.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":33,"featured_media":150551,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2734],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-150554","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-newaims-es"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
