The project materials were handed out to all attendees approaching the booth.<\/p>\n<p>The conference, organized by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ltu.se\/en\">LTU<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/\">Eurecat<\/a>, in cooperation with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aist.org\/home\">Association for Iron &amp; Steel Technology<\/a>, gathered 140 participants in a mix from industry and academia. A total of 69 technical papers were presented, covering the whole value chain of hot forming processes including performance of finished components.<\/p>\n<p>The conference opened with a round table discussion where OEMs, TIER1 and steelmakers discussed the future of the hot-forming technology.
