{"id":38219,"date":"2017-09-22T07:59:19","date_gmt":"2017-09-22T07:59:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/corrosio-automocio\/"},"modified":"2017-09-26T08:54:59","modified_gmt":"2017-09-26T08:54:59","slug":"corrosion-automocion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/corrosion-automocion\/","title":{"rendered":"Eurecat-CTM investiga la corrosi\u00f3n en materiales para la automoci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Eurecat-CTM investiga la corrosi\u00f3n en materiales para la automoci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<h2><strong>El centro tecnol\u00f3gico trabaja con un fabricante coreano para determinar la resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n de componentes del autom\u00f3vil.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Barcelona, 22 de setembre de 2017.-<\/u> <\/strong>Investigadores del centro tecnol\u00f3gico Eurecat-CTM (miembro de Tecnio) est\u00e1n trabajando en un nuevo proyecto para determinar la resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n de componentes de automoci\u00f3n para mejorar su proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n y reforzar su durabilidad, fruto del acuerdo con un fabricante de automoci\u00f3n coreano.<\/p>\n<p>En concreto, la Unidad de Materiales Met\u00e1licos de Eurecat realizar\u00e1 tests de resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n siguiendo la norma VDA 233-102 para evaluar las propiedades de la pintura y del recubrimiento del componente conformado en caliente, estudiar la influencia del color del recubrimiento en este proceso y evaluar la resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n de varios tipos de soldaduras.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, que se alargar\u00e1 entre 9 y 12 meses, servir\u00e1 para mejorar el conocimiento del efecto de distintos par\u00e1metros de proceso en la resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n, un conocimiento que permitir\u00e1 obtener productos de mayor calidad y reducir su coste.<\/p>\n<p>Las pruebas se realizaran exclusivamente en las instalaciones de Eurecat-CTM, en Manresa, y en ellas participar\u00e1n un equipo de investigadores altamente especializados.
