{"id":41854,"date":"2017-11-15T14:32:17","date_gmt":"2017-11-15T14:32:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/guitarra-composites\/"},"modified":"2017-11-15T15:04:38","modified_gmt":"2017-11-15T15:04:38","slug":"guitarra-composites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/guitarra-composites\/","title":{"rendered":"Crean una guitarra hecha con biocomposite, m\u00e1s resistente y sostenible"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>COMPOSITE SPAIN<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Crean una guitarra hecha con biocomposite, m\u00e1s resistente y sostenible<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La empresa Canivell Guitars y Eurecat han creado un instrumento con materiales compuestos ligero, estable y resistente.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>El modelo 20:16 se puede ver esta semana en la Feria CompositeSpain de Madrid.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Madrid, 15 de noviembre de 2017.-<\/u> <\/strong>La empresa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aclamguitars.cat\/shop\/es\/\">Canivell Guitars<\/a> presenta esta semana en la feria <a href=\"http:\/\/www.compositespain.com\/\">CompositeSpain<\/a> de Madrid un prototipo de guitarra 20:16, la primera con una tapa de materiales compuestos de bioresina y fibra de lino, dise\u00f1ada con el apoyo de la unidad de Composites del centro tecnol\u00f3gico <a href=\"http:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\">Eurecat<\/a> con la finalidad que sea un instrumento \u201csostenible\u201d y con el objetivo de \u201cmejorar la estabilidad y la resistencia de la tapa y estudiar los efectos que este material puede provocar en el sonido\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed lo explica la jefa de la unidad de Composites de Eurecat, Mar\u00eda Eugenia Rodr\u00edguez, que subraya que \u201ces la primera vez que Canivell Guitars utiliza materiales de estas caracter\u00edsticas para substituir la fibra de carbono o la madera\u201d, un componente que, seg\u00fan remarca la experta, \u201ces m\u00e1s sensible y se puede deteriorar con el paso del tiempo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, el socio fundador de Canivell Guitars, Jordi Canivell, apunta que la madera \u201ces un material que se ve f\u00e1cilmente afectado por los cambios de temperatura y la humedad, que pueden provocar la dilataci\u00f3n o la contracci\u00f3n del instrumento\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para la fabricaci\u00f3n del prototipo se ha usado bioresina ep\u00f3xi, proporcionada por la empresa Entropy, que se ha trabajado mediante t\u00e9cnicas de infusi\u00f3n, que confieren a la guitarra \u201cun \u00f3ptimo acabado superficial y caracter\u00edsticas \u00fanicas de peso y de durabilidad\u201d y que permiten un proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n \u201cm\u00e1s sostenible y con unos costes menores\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>COMPOSITE SPAIN Crean una guitarra hecha con biocomposite, m\u00e1s resistente y sostenible La empresa Canivell Guitars y Eurecat han creado un instrumento con materiales compuestos ligero, estable y resistente.
