{"id":5738,"date":"2016-03-09T10:44:21","date_gmt":"2016-03-09T10:44:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/?p=5738"},"modified":"2016-10-23T16:54:11","modified_gmt":"2016-10-23T16:54:11","slug":"el-proyecto-curtbiental-reduce-hasta-el-8-la-huella-de-carbono-en-el-curtido-de-pieles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/el-proyecto-curtbiental-reduce-hasta-el-8-la-huella-de-carbono-en-el-curtido-de-pieles\/","title":{"rendered":"El proyecto Curtbiental reduce hasta el 8% la huella de carbono en el curtido de pieles"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>Un nuevo proceso elimina los compuestos de azufre en la industria de la piel.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Barcelona, 9 de marzo de 2016.- <\/strong>El proyecto Curtbiental, liderado por la empresa <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.curtidosbadia.com\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Curtidos Badia<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, con el apoyo del <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.eurecat.org\/es\" target=\"_blank\">centro tecnol\u00f3gico Eurecat-CTM<\/a><\/span><\/strong> (miembro de Tecnio) y del <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ceti.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\">Consorcio Escuela T\u00e9cnica de Igualada (CETI)<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, ha desarrollado un nuevo sistema de pelambre en el curtido de pieles que ha eliminado los compuestos de azufre derivados del proceso, adem\u00e1s de lograr una disminuci\u00f3n neta del impacto ambiental que oscila entre el 3 y el 8 por ciento en t\u00e9rminos de huella de carbono.<\/p>\n<p>La eliminaci\u00f3n de la utilizaci\u00f3n de sulfuros ha hecho que los m\u00ednimos riesgos de toxicidad que pod\u00eda suponer la etapa de pelambre hayan quedado definitivamente eliminados gracias al proyecto, que ha logrado adem\u00e1s mejorar la calidad final del producto y disminuir el impacto ambiental asociado.<\/p>\n<p>En conjunto, se han alcanzado todos los objetivos que se marcaron en el inicio de Curtbiental, pues se han podido obtener pieles m\u00e1s claras y con propiedades f\u00edsicas y organol\u00e9pticas mejoradas, adem\u00e1s de lograr aumentar el porcentaje de pieles de m\u00e1xima calidad en cada lote.<\/p>\n<p>En concreto, el proyecto ha permitido desarrollar y optimizar la obtenci\u00f3n de una tecnolog\u00eda de pelambre cien por cien oxidante, basada en el uso de agua oxigenada y enzimas. Asimismo, ha creado una herramienta basada en el an\u00e1lisis de ciclo de vida, que ha permitido a la empresa evaluar y priorizar las acciones para la mejora de cada una de las etapas.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de las actividades principales del proyecto, Eurecat-CTM se ha encargado de desarrollar esta herramienta de toma de decisiones, as\u00ed como de implementar estrategias para la recuperaci\u00f3n y valorizaci\u00f3n de los subproductos de este pelambre, que un futuro desarrollo a nivel industrial permitir\u00e1n a la empresa la recirculaci\u00f3n de aguas de vertido a su proceso o la valorizaci\u00f3n de corrientes para la fertirrigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto ha tenido una duraci\u00f3n de dos a\u00f1os y ha sido cofinanciado por el <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mineco.gob.es\/portal\/site\/mineco\/?lang_choosen=es\" target=\"_blank\">Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Competitividad<\/a><\/span><\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s del <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cdti.es\/index.asp?idioma=1\" target=\"_blank\">Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico Industrial (CDTI)<\/a> <\/span><\/strong>dentro del <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/eeagrants.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mecanismo Financiero del Espacio Econ\u00f3mico Europeo (EEA Grants)<\/a>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sobre Eurecat-CTM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Fundaci\u00f3 CTM Centre Tecnol\u00f2gic forma parte del centro tecnol\u00f3gico Eurecat (miembro de TECNIO), que aglutina la experiencia de <strong>450 profesionales<\/strong> que generan un volumen de ingresos de <strong>40 millones de euros anuales<\/strong> y presta servicio a m\u00e1s de <strong>1.000 empresas<\/strong>.
