{"id":60490,"date":"2018-05-09T10:21:55","date_gmt":"2018-05-09T10:21:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/hispack-nanotecnologia\/"},"modified":"2018-05-09T10:59:15","modified_gmt":"2018-05-09T10:59:15","slug":"hispack-nanotecnologia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/hispack-nanotecnologia\/","title":{"rendered":"Aplican la nanotecnolog\u00eda para mejorar las caracter\u00edsticas de los envases"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>HISPACK 2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aplican la nanotecnolog\u00eda para mejorar las caracter\u00edsticas de los envases<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El centro tecnol\u00f3gico Eurecat ha desarrollado una tecnolog\u00eda nueva de dispersi\u00f3n de aditivos y nanoaditivos dentro del pl\u00e1stico.<\/li>\n<li>Los pl\u00e1sticos nanoaditivados con esta tecnolog\u00eda mejoran las prestaciones mec\u00e1nicas, incrementan las propiedades barrera e, incluso, reducen el peso del envase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Barcelona, 9 de mayo de 2018.-<\/u> <\/strong>El centro tecnol\u00f3gico <a href=\"http:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/\">Eurecat<\/a> (miembro de Tecnio) participa en el proyecto <a href=\"http:\/\/www.optinanopro.eu\/\">OptiNanoPro<\/a>, que impulsa la aplicaci\u00f3n de la nanotecnolog\u00eda en el packaging, para mejorar las caracter\u00edsticas de la superficie de envases f\u00e1cilmente vaciables, de modo que se reduce el rechazo de producto por parte de los consumidores.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco del proyecto, Eurecat ha desarrollado una tecnolog\u00eda nueva de dispersi\u00f3n de aditivos y nanoaditivos dentro del pl\u00e1stico, que consiste en la introducci\u00f3n de un sistema de vibraci\u00f3n por ultrasonidos donde el pl\u00e1stico se mezcla con los diferentes aditivos para obtener al final un material a la carta, en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades del envase o del embalaje.<\/p>\n<p>Los pl\u00e1sticos nanoaditivados con esta tecnolog\u00eda, que est\u00e1 en proceso de patente por parte de Eurecat, presentan unas caracter\u00edsticas avanzadas respeto a las utilizadas actualmente en el packaging, dado que mejoran las prestaciones mec\u00e1nicas, incrementan las propiedades barrera e, incluso, reducen el peso del envase.<\/p>\n<p>Con el uso de la nanotecnolog\u00eda, se \u201cmejorar\u00e1n las propiedades de barrera y repelentes de los embalajes, para crear envases m\u00e1s aislantes, ligeros y f\u00e1ciles de vaciar, permitiendo reducir los desechos por parte del consumidor y mejorar las posibilidades de reciclaje\u201d, se\u00f1ala Mar\u00eda Eugenia Rodr\u00edguez, directora de la Unidad de Composites de Eurecat.<\/p>\n<p>La nanotecnolog\u00eda tambi\u00e9n puede ser clave para mejorar la eficiencia en el consumo de carburante, ya que permitir\u00e1 producir componentes de automoci\u00f3n de menor peso. En este sentido, se estima que, por cada 100 kilos de peso adicional en un veh\u00edculo, se incrementa el consumo de carburante en 0,4 litros los 100 kil\u00f3metros y 10 gramos de di\u00f3xido de carbono por kil\u00f3metro.<\/p>\n<p>Los paneles solares pierden hasta el 40 por ciento de su potencial para recoger energ\u00eda a causa de la lluvia y los restos de suciedad. Por este motivo, tambi\u00e9n se quiere aplicar la nanotecnolog\u00eda en los paneles solares y hacer que sean auto-limpiables, para mejorar su efectividad, alargar su vida \u00fatil y reducir la necesidad de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">El proyecto OptiNanoPro est\u00e1 financiado por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea bajo el programa marco H2020 y tiene una duraci\u00f3n prevista de 3 a\u00f1os.
