{"id":96828,"date":"2020-02-28T10:45:34","date_gmt":"2020-02-28T10:45:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/?p=96828"},"modified":"2020-03-05T08:59:28","modified_gmt":"2020-03-05T08:59:28","slug":"zwickroell-eurecat-colaboran-implantacion-tecnologia-predecir-resistencia-impacto-fractura-materiales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/zwickroell-eurecat-colaboran-implantacion-tecnologia-predecir-resistencia-impacto-fractura-materiales\/","title":{"rendered":"ZwickRoell y Eurecat colaboran en la implantaci\u00f3n de una nueva tecnolog\u00eda para predecir resistencia a impacto y fractura en materiales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La multinacional <strong>ZwickRoell<\/strong>, l\u00edder en equipos para ensayos de materiales, y el centro tecnol\u00f3gico <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eurecat.org\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eurecat<\/a> <\/strong>han firmado un acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n para la implementaci\u00f3n de una tecnolog\u00eda puntera patentada por Eurecat de ensayo r\u00e1pido de la <strong>tenacidad de fractura<\/strong>, que supone una reducci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s del 300 por ciento del tiempo en la evaluaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La innovaci\u00f3n \u201ces el resultado de m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os de investigaci\u00f3n aplicada en un \u00e1mbito donde Eurecat es internacionalmente reconocido, como es el de comportamiento mec\u00e1nico de chapa met\u00e1lica de alta resistencia\u201d y permite reproducir el comportamiento en servicio de materiales utilizados en aplicaciones de seguridad pasiva en veh\u00edculos, para mejorar su rendimiento o disminuir el peso, explica el director cient\u00edfico de Eurecat, Daniel Casellas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta innovadora metodolog\u00eda desarrollada por Eurecat \u201cse puede implementar de manera sencilla en las instalaciones del cliente, dado que para su uso solo se requiere una m\u00e1quina de ensayos mec\u00e1nicos universal, disponible en muchos laboratorios de control de calidad de empresas, y no requiere de especial capacitaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de los operarios\u201d, a\u00f1ade el responsable de Desarrollo de Producto Industrial de Eurecat, Ferran Soldevila.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la colaboraci\u00f3n con ZwickRoell, las empresas interesadas en ensayar sus materiales podr\u00e1n hacerlo en la sede de Eurecat en Manresa, donde dispondr\u00e1n gratuitamente de una m\u00e1quina de ensayo universal de la multinacional alemana con el m\u00e9todo de ensayo r\u00e1pido de tenacidad de fractura integrado. Para gestionarlo, solo deben solicitarlo en el email <strong>manresa@eurecat.org<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Una innovaci\u00f3n para el sector de la automoci\u00f3n y otras industrias<\/h2>\n<p>La aplicaci\u00f3n de la nueva tecnolog\u00eda est\u00e1 dirigida fundamentalmente al sector automoci\u00f3n, tanto a fabricantes de materia prima, como pueden ser acero o aleaciones de aluminio, como fabricantes de componentes y de veh\u00edculos. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden beneficiar otras industrias relacionadas con la conformaci\u00f3n de chapa met\u00e1lica, como los fabricantes de electrodom\u00e9sticos o de envases met\u00e1licos. El m\u00e9todo de evaluaci\u00f3n de tenacidad de fractura es especialmente interesante para chapas met\u00e1licas de alta resistencia, tanto para anticipar y corregir problemas de agrietamiento durante el proceso de manufactura o seleccionar materiales para aplicaciones de impacto y como herramienta de control de calidad de materia prima.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo proceso consta de tres fases. La primera consiste en la preparaci\u00f3n de probetas, mediante un simple proceso de cizalla se introducen en las probetas unas entallas de radio afilado. La segunda es el ensayo de tracci\u00f3n, donde las probetas entalladas, con diferentes longitudes de ligamento (longitud entre los dos entalles), se estiran hasta la fractura en una m\u00e1quina de ensayos universal.
