Digital Manufacturing Machines by Eurecat:

Ultrasonic Moulding Machine (USM)

A disruptive solution for high-precision microparts

Eurecat’s USM (Ultrasonic Moulding Machine) is an ultrasound-based microinjection solution for the manufacture of high-precision microparts and microcomponents.

The technology enables the dosing of small quantities of material and the filling of microcavities, facilitating the manufacture of complex geometries and components that may not be viable using conventional injection processes.

USM addresses the challenges associated with product miniaturisation and makes it possible to develop new processes and components for high added-value applications.
