Transformative technological processes

Zero defects in the Packaging & Labelling production chain
The incorporation of photonics and artificial intelligence into the label and packaging production process transforms how final product quality is understood, moving toward a model based on real-time control, traceability and automated decision-making.
This technological evolution enables early detection of deviations and defects, ensuring high and consistent quality standards throughout the entire value chain. As a result, waste is reduced, productivity increases and resources are optimized, improving business competitiveness.

Intelligent and sustainable packaging
Eurecat combines sustainable materials with advanced digital technologies, such as printed electronics, RFID/NFC and traceability systems, to develop smart packaging solutions that improve safety, logistics and end-user interaction.
We work with labels, caps and all types of packaging: primary, secondary and tertiary.

Coatings and encapsulates for packaging and new functional materials
Eurecat develops advanced coatings, encapsulation systems and functional materials that bring new capabilities to packaging, incorporating solutions designed to ensure and optimize recyclability.
These solutions improve properties such as barrier, protection and product safety, integrating active functionalities such as antimicrobial, antioxidant properties or sensorization systems directly into the material. Additionally, adhesives and multilayer structures designed to facilitate separation and recycling are developed, advancing toward more sustainable and circular packaging.
