Míriam Díaz
Director of the Chemical Technology Unit at Eurecat
Graduated in Chemistry at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (2008) and Postgraduate in Synthesis and Catalysis at the same university (2009). She did her doctoral thesis at URV (2009-2013) on the development of new routes for the synthesis of organic materials. Since 2013, she works at Eurecat, first as a researcher and currently as Director of the Chemical Technologies Unit (UTQ), integrated in the Industrial Area. She has been coordinator of numerous projects, including the SUNCOCHEM project, focused on the development of a photocatalytic reactor for the production of synthetic fuel from water, light and CO2 from industrial emissions. She is also the Director of the Catalan Hydrogen Network (H2CAT).
