Legal and Data processing information

Regarding the right to one’s own image, referred to in Article 18.1 of the Spanish Constitution and governed by Organic Act 1 of 5 May 1982 on the Right to Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and One’s Own Image, Fundació Eurecat requests that you expressly grant your consent for it to record, disseminate or publish, by any means, the photographs and videos in which you fully or partially appear and in which you are clearly identifiable for informative, dissemination and advertising purposes of the activities and/or events held by Fundació Eurecat.

This image will not expressly affect your privacy and may only be used for the activities and/or events held by Fundació Eurecat.

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the relevant State regulations, Fundació Eurecat, as a Data Controller, hereby provides the following information regarding data protection:

Purpose: To manage identification data (name, surname, image, voice), your activity participation and to record, disseminate or publish, by any means, the photographs and videos in which you fully or partially appear and in which you are clearly identifiable for informative, dissemination and advertising purposes of the activities and/or events held by Fundació Eurecat by any means.

Legal Basis: The legal basis for the processing is the consent granted by the data subject (GDPR art 6.1 a)) marking the checkbox to do so.

Recipients: The data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so or express authorisation is granted.

Storage: The personal data will be kept as long as the purposes for which they were provided remain valid and until their deletion or cancelation has been requested.

Automated decisions and profiling: The data shall not be object to automated decision-making or profiling purposes.

International Data Transfer: The data shall not be object to international data transfer outside the European Economic Area.

Rights:To access, rectify and delete the data and limit and oppose the processing thereof or exercise the right to portability of the data. These rights may be exercised, according to the terms and conditions in the law in force, at the registered office of Eurecat or by submitting a request by email to legal@eurecat.org.

Supervisory Authority: Users who not obtain a satisfactory reply to their right petition, or its execution, or require further information about the subject’s data rights, may contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).
