Controlpack is a company specialised in comprehensive industrial packaging solutions.
The collaboration with Eurecat began in 2018 through a CDTI applied innovation project. Since then, the technology centre has been their technological partner.
Controlpack and Eurecat have developed SPK Connect, an innovative Internet of Things (IoT) system that incorporates sensors and artificial intelligence for industrial packaging processes. The system monitors material consumption in real time, enables predictive maintenance of the machine, and optimises the energy efficiency of the process, thereby helping to increase sustainability and productivity in the industry.
Another example of joint innovation is the Controlpack Experience project, a 3D scanning system with augmented and virtual reality for configuring and visualising industrial packaging product lines. This solution improves the connection between technical and sales teams, speeds up decision-making, and enhances efficiency in project planning and commercial activity.
