The H2FORM3G project was represented at the European Corrosion Congress (EUROCORR 2026), held from 6 to 10 September in Dublin, Ireland, bringing together experts from across Europe to discuss the latest developments in corrosion science and engineering.
At the congress, Sorina Miloiu from ENSTA presented the talk “Assessment of Hydrogen Effects on the Mechanical Properties and Failure Mechanisms of 3rd Generation Advanced High Strength Steels (AHSS)”, highlighting the project’s research into how hydrogen affects the mechanical properties and failure mechanisms of advanced high-strength steels.
H2FORM3G’s participation in EUROCORR provided an opportunity to share the project’s latest research with the international corrosion and materials science community and to exchange knowledge with experts working on hydrogen-related challenges in metallic materials.
