THE MARESME HEALTH CONSORTIUM: Promoting healthcare R&D

The Maresme Health Consortium is promoting its area of innovation by incorporating Eurecat experts into its teams, which allows them to have high-performance equipment quickly. 

This ongoing collaboration has so far led to the development of three innovation projects: 

• A comprehensive foot protector that prevents the appearance of pressure ulcers. 
• The development of an application to control the post-operative pain of patients once they return home.
• An app for patients with personality disorders to manage their emotional crises.
