David Marí
Director of the Digital Health Unit at Eurecat
David Marí has a Master of Science (MSc) in Electronics, a MSc in Telecommunications from the Universitat Ramon Llull (URL) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF).
He has more than 20 years of experience in ICT project management and R&D management in multidisciplinary teams, working both in industry and academia, and participating in EU Framework Programme projects since 2011. He has always been professionally linked to the technology sector, working in different sectors such as communication, public administration, energy and health.
He is currently the Director of the Digital Health Unit at EURECAT.

SILVIA ORTE
DATA SCIENCE IN HEALTHCARE
Technical Engineer in Telematics (2008) and Telecommunications Engineer (2010) at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra where she specialised in modelling adaptive user interfaces for the elderly and people with disabilities. Currently, she leads the Data Science in Healthcare line of the Digital Health Unit.

SEBASTIAN IDELSOHN
TRUSTWORTHY HEALTHCARE AI
PhD in Biomedical Engineering (2017) from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, where she specialized in brain signal processing techniques and data analysis for biomedical applications. She currently leads the Trustworthy Healthcare Artificial Intelligence line in the Digital Health Unit.

JORDI ESCUDER
INNOVATION
He obtained a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2017, UPF) and a Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Barcelona (2019, UB). He has experience in technology management in research centres, hospitals and MedTech startups. Currently, he leads the Innovation line of the Digital Health Unit.

VICENT RIBAS
DATA SCIENCE IN HEALTHCARE
Doctorate “cum laude” in Artificial Intelligence, Vicent Ribas also holds a Master of Science in Mathematical Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and a Master in Electrical Engineering from the Kungliga Tekniksa Högskolan (Sweden). He is currently the scientific coordinator of the Digital Health Unit.
