Smart manufacturing, deep learning, and artificial intelligence ecosystem.
FIDELIA consolidates an inclusive innovation ecosystem that fosters technological development and the implementation of artificial intelligence and deep learning in advanced manufacturing to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
The project maps the ecosystem to identify key players and their capabilities, detecting specific needs and activating collaboration within the sector. Furthermore, FIDELIA promotes knowledge exchange through workshops, events, and specialised activities, as well as increasing visibility and promoting the expansion of the network of stakeholders involved. Furthermore, the initiative boosts talent and training, developing technical capabilities and promoting transnational cooperation.
FIDELIA relies on the continuity of CERVERA projects previously developed by technology centres, such as 5R (Cervera Network of Robotic Technologies in Smart Manufacturing) and AI4ES (Network of Excellence in Data-Based Enabling Technologies), in which Eurecat has been a key partner.
FIDELIA is a strategic tool to consolidate a robust innovation ecosystem in the field of smart manufacturing. Through the combination of artificial intelligence, advanced automation, and strong collaboration between key stakeholders, the project enhances the competitiveness of companies and the development of industry professionals.
Eurecat’s Technology Consultancy Department, with the technological support of the Robotics and Automation Unit and the Digital Area, leads one of the project’s three main activities: enhancing the ecosystem’s capabilities. This activity significantly contributes to the continuous strengthening of the ecosystem’s capabilities, fostering an enabling environment that catalyses the growth and development of innovative projects with high impact potential, as well as establishing and maintaining a constant flow of information between ecosystem members.
