Open Data for Sport Governance 2.0 (OD4SG 2.0) is a European initiative aimed at strengthening governance in the sports sector through the strategic use of open data. The new version of the platform has been designed and developed by the Digital Health Unit at Eurecat, which is responsible for project management, methodoloical design, and technological implementation. Through structured data collection forms, the project gathers relevant information on sport governance, which is then analyzed and transformed into indicators and actionable insights to support evidence-based decision-making. OD4SG 2.0 promotes transparency, accountability, and integrity across sports organizations, contributing to more effective governance models and greater social impact.
